We liked the hotel architecture and how it's placed in the park. We were with kids and they found playground near by very attractive. Actually whole area is very nice. Accomodation was nice, but nothing superb. Probably furniture will need renovation or replacement in near future.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful location, on the Korana river. The park and overall nature around the park is truly wonderful. The Aquarium is close-by. The Foginovo beach is 5 min from the hotel. The hotel itself is traditional. It used to be a small castle that was turned into a hotel. It was restored in 2003, which means that it is showing some signs of wear. We were given the Lily room. The room was big and spacious. The bed was comfortable, although the bed and chairs in the room are showing some signs of wear (torn chair covers for instance). The bathroom was big, clean and even had a bidet. The hotel staff were polite and accommodating, albeit the lady at the Reception seemed confused and unsure how to handle a situation at times. The hotel terrace is beautiful. Lastly, keep in mind that the hotel is an approximately 15 min walk from the center (during the summer it gets really hot).

Great location in parklands right by the river, lovely old world vibe, very nice staff who were happy to check us in early, and massive sunny verandah that was perfect for breakfast. We didn't come by car but loads of parking if you do, and only a few minutes ride from bus and train stations and the town centre.

Interesting building set on river with park land surrounding . Comfortable if dated decor style with dining room available till 21.00 . Menu limited but very well cooked and presented.Breakfast was also very good. Ample free parking. Easily accessed from motorway and perfect for one night stop over if travelling. Staff friendly and efficient reception and serving dining room .

Once again I found the right hotel via BookingCom ! I was going to visit the Karlovac and this hotel seemed to be the rigt one - a little outside the town - in wonderful surroundings. The staff was very nice - welcoming you like an old friend - and next morning I had a very fine breakfast even if I was the only or one of the few guests - November maybe was not the best time to come :-)

Great location in the park beside a river. A sense of Olde Worlde, with the feeling of the Habsburg past, if you like that sort of thing. Amazingly large dining room with big tables and quality furniture, plus a wide terrace with a view over the bathing lake created by a weir. Extremely quiet and relaxing. The staff were all friendly and efficient; we were well looked after!

The hotel is directly situated next to the river in a nice park-like area, perfect for morning dog walks before the breakfast. The room we had was quite big, a bit "old fashioned", but very clean and with all that we needed. Also the breakfast offered everything you would wish for. The staff was super friendly and always there. Pets are welcome.

Dog friendly hotel, riverside location and next to a park. Friendly staff. Free parking. Although I got in as they were about to close the kitchen, they not only made dinner for me, but even made something for me that was not quite on the menu.

We love staying at this hotel in Karlovac Croatia. The location is fabulous..Next to the river ,surrounded by parkland and close to the old town. The staff are great, friendly and very helpful It is also dog friendly Well done Korana Srakovcic We highly recommend this hotel.

location was nice. Hotel itself was super clean and neat. Staff was so lovely and helpful. The Breakfast was well arranged with variety of choices. All in all was an excellent hotel.
